This unique contemporary villa features a main living space with large master suite on the upper beach level with an elegant mountain facing apartment on the lower level.
A covered terrace opens to a large pool deck providing ample outdoor living and dining. The beautiful swimming pool, trimmed in river pebbles, visually blend with the sea and beach. A unique little pebble “river” connects the pool with the Jacuzzi. You can access the beach directly just off the main terrace.
The upper level is air-conditioned and the contemporary open plan living space has been decorated in neutral colours, dark woods and lovely accent pieces. High vaulted ceilings give the space an airy feel. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the view and al fresco dining area. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors run the length of the living area.
Off the great room is the master bedroom with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors so you wake up to the unobstructed views. The spa style master bathroom suite has mosaic tiles and opens to a spacious outdoor shower terrace. A stone path off the terrace connects to the ocean-facing gym.
The lower level is a self-contained apartment with kitchen. The stylish interior is appointed in soft greys, splashes of colour and dark woods. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
La Vie en Bleu is a private sanctuary with spectacular views yet you are close to the amenities. It is only a short drive to the restaurants and grocery store in Porto Cupecoy and a further five minutes to the airport. The French Capital, Marigot, is only a ten-minute drive where you will find restaurants, shops, and the Creole Market.
