Serenity House is a luxury beachfront holiday villa offering 4000 square ft. of living space. The villa is located directly on the beautiful white sand beach of Grace Bay – rated among the top beaches in the Caribbean. Guests can swim in the cool Caribbean waters or snorkel and explore the reefs – A short walk along the beach from the villa are Smith’s Reef and Coral Gardens, two of the Island’s finest snorkelling reefs within swimming distance from shore.
Entrance is down a driveway surrounded by lush tropical gardens bursting with color and palm trees. Stepping into the entrance foyer, guests are greeted by a great room with wet bar and separate den/TV room. The large floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open and lead directly to a covered patio facing Grace Bay Beach and is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. There is an outdoor dinning area and BBQ.
The home consists of 2 levels and has a total of six bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TV’s and are air-conditioned. Four bedrooms are located on the upper level – 2 master suites with king-size beds overlooking the beach, one with king size bed overlooking the front garden and the fourth features a queen size bed and has garden views. The lower level houses 2 additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with queen bed. There is a separate guest cottage with two bedrooms which can also be rented for large groups.
A formal dining room accommodates 12, and adjoins a lavish and beautifully outfitted gourmet kitchen, with breakfast bar also on the ground level.
