Villa Rocca

Villa Rocca is a stunning and popular villa situated in a quiet residential area in Funchal on the island of Madeira. This villa is very close to nearby facilities and ideal for exploring. Villa Rocca  has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, an open plan living area and private outdoor swimming pool, with yoga room/games room.

Inside Villa Rocca you will find a full equipped contemporary kitchen with island and a  modern spacious open plan living area with a flat screen TV, WIFI and air conditioning with a dining table suitable for 10 people.

There are five bedrooms at Villa Rocca, one master bedrooms with en-suite can be found on the ground floor for those with mobility restrictions, on the lower ground floor there is a bedroom two double beds and a bathroom shared with the yoga/games room.

On the first floor all bedrooms lead to a balcony that runs along the front of the house with sea views, there is a double bedroom and an additional bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (single bed with pull-out single low bed) with a shared family bathroom.

Villa Rocca is a very private sun trap, with a large rectangular pool with veranda. The outdoor is perfect for relaxing at any time of the day –  there are plenty of sun loungers and chairs with a built-in barbecue where you can dine alfresco and enjoy the sunset in the evenings.

Nearby you can visit Sao Martinho dunes or it’s perfect scallop shaped beach or Funchal city the ‘heart’ of Madeira, a very chic and fun loving city full of boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants it retains it’s natural beauty with old buildings, cathedral and theatre whilst offering a modern atmosphere.
