There are 3 unique estates that can be rented separately or the island can be rented as a whole for the ultimate in privacy and luxury. The Estates include The Point Estate, The Branson Estate and The Oasis Estate.
The Point Estate at Moskito Island can accommodate 14 adults and 8 children across 8 rooms. The Oasis Estate at Moskito Island can accommodate 18 guests in 9 bedrooms. The Branson Estate at Moskito Island is perched on a dramatic outcrop and offers the ultimate getaway and features 3 luxury villas accommodating 22 guests in 11 rooms.
In addition to the luxury accommodation at The Estates, there are a host of activities to be enjoyed including tennis, gym and water sports.

Rates are priced in US dollars per night for exclusive use.

Rates for smaller groups are available upon request.
A 2.5% service charge and a 3% BVI Hotel Accommodation Tax will be added to your bill.
An optional 1% donation to their charity partner Unite BVI will also be added.
An environmental and tourism levy of US$10 per person will apply to all guests visiting the BVI. The levy will be collected on arrival at the port of entry for those visitors arriving by sea or air. For further information, please visit www.bvitourism.com.
A $50 departure tax per person is payable at the airport when you leave the BVI. This must be paid before you clear security and after you’ve checked in for your flight. Please check with your airline if this has been included in your airfare.
