Villa Cadu is a luxury seven bedroom villa with excellent furnishings and decoration throughout and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning throughout, cable TV with lots of UK channels, state of the art cinema room, large entertaining areas and outdoor there is a large pool that can be heated on request and terraces including a well-equipped covered dining and barbecue area.
The living room has large comfortable sofas. Sliding doors lead out to the terrace, pool and garden area. Just off the kitchen is a 10 seater formal dining area with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is modern and contains two ovens, gas hobs, two sinks, wine fridge and large US-style fridge freezer. There is also a small dining table for six.
From the kitchen, you can walk on to the barbecue terrace. Next to the Kitchen there is also a snug, perfect for chilling away from the sun.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms; 1 twin and 1 double, both with en suites. The twin room also has a sliding door that leads to the pool terrace and garden.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms; 1 double, 2 twin, all with en suites.
The double room shares a balcony with one of the twin rooms.
Downstairs from the entrance level are two further bedrooms:1 double, 1 twin, both with en suites. These bedrooms have a lovely natural light. This floor also has a the state of the art cinema room with video projector and surround sound, bar and pool table.
Outside there is a covered terrace that runs along the ground floor with a barbecue and dining area.
The large pool (12 m x 6 m) is heatable and has an infinity edge. There is a separate covered terrace, adjacent to the pool , which has a built in Jacuzzi. Another seating area can also be found outside with luxury sun beds.
