Villa Clementine is a lovely three bedroom villa located on the Vitet hillside towards the eastern side of St. Barths. You can enjoy the magnificent sweeping views and sip a cool cocktail while watching the sunset.

The interior of the villa is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen and sit-up bar. An al fresco dining area is adjacent to the kitchen. The living area is contemporary in design and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs.

Stairs lead down from the main living area to the over-sized heated swimming pool and pool deck. The sundeck is furnished with sun loungers from which you can continue to enjoy the surrounding views.

Villa Clementine has three bedrooms. Two of the king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are located on the main level of the property. The third bedroom is also en-suite and located on the lower level and can be accessed by an internal staircase, from the pool or the parking area. Each bedroom enjoys a sea view and there is also a fitness room on this level. The fitness room is air-conditioned and equipped with a treadmill, elyptical machine, exercise bike and a multi-station machine.
