Casa Cleo is a four bedroom villa in a great location and only a short few minutes’ walk to the lake boardwalks at Quinta do Lago.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests and each bedroom has ensuite bathroom. 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level, with one that opens up to the back of the house. This bedroom can be configured as twin or double bed. The second bedroom is located opposite and opens to the front of the house. This bedroom has double bed and ensuite with bath containing hand held shower.
Upstairs are the other two bedrooms. On the right of the stairs is the spacious master bedroom with king size bed, desk, small storage unit and a large ensuite with separate bath and shower. The room has a large terrace that runs the length of the house and overlooks the pool and garden. The final bedroom is to the left and has king size bed with ensuite bathroom.
The living room at Casa Cleo is bright and decorated with neutral tones. It is a large, open plan room with the dining area. It is furnished with 2 sofa’s and some footstools. The flat screen TV is on the large wall unit by the fireplace. Two large patio doors open up onto the terrace and pool area. The dining table can seat six guests. There is an air conditioning unit in each side of this room.
The well equipped kitchen can be accessed via the dining room or at the end of the entrance corridor. The kitchen is white and has appliances such as Nespresso Delonghi Coffee Machine, Bosch oven, Gas hob with extractor, Bosch dishwasher, toaster, juicer, hand blender and fridge. The freezer is located outside by the BBQ or there is one in the utility room opposite. The kitchen has a patio door which opens to the outside BBQ area.
Casa Cleo is in a great location and only 2.2km from the beach. The closest bar / restaurant is approx 1.4km away. And of course you are surrounded by a number of golf courses.
