Casa Gracie

Casa Gracie is a lovely pool villa located close to the historic towns of Split and Trogir which are under UNESCO protection and offer vibrant nightlife, restaurants, beautiful beaches and palaces and churches.

Casa Gracie is a stone villa that spreads over three floors and features six bedrooms. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor. Two tastefully decorated bedrooms are located at basement level and share a bathroom. The first floor features three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One bedroom is children’s room with two single beds and an additional double bed. One bedroom on this floor features a balcony with magnificent view.

The basement consist of a tavern equipped with a LCD TV, fireplace, wooden table, wooden benches and a small kitchenette. The ground floor has a kitchen, open plan living and dining room. The living room is spacious, equipped with comfortable sofas and LCD TV positioned directly across from the seating area making the space perfect for movie nights. Internal staircase with white railing are positioned right next to the living area and with its unique design add an extra touch to the space.
