Villa Decaj

Villa Decaj is located in Cap Estate and boasts lovely views of the north and west of St Lucia, and close to the historical pigeon island and national park. Several beaches, the Caribbean sea and the islands premier 18 hole championship golf course is a short drive away.

The holiday villa is spacious and located in an elevated quiet area and designed to take advantage of the views, especially from the first floor patio.

During 2014 the owners of Villa Decaj completed a refurbishment program that included considerable upscale renovation and refurbishment both inside and out, Decaj has a 25ft pool that has been completely renovated.

The poolside is where most enjoy their days, and with a dining table and gazebo with seating for up to 10 and 10 sun loungers, there is no shortage of space. For some shade, relax in the hammock, under the trees in the garden or one of the 3 sofas on ground floor patio. If you are ready to break a sweat, head to basket ball court for a game!

On the first foor patio is where you get the best views, with panoramic vistas of the Ocean and golf course and a dining table for alfresco dining, while you watch the sunset drawing in.

Also upstairs you will find a lounge with TV, CD and DVD player and a fan cooled dining area with beautiful hand made Mahogany and marble table and chairs. The newly refurbished kitchen is well appointed with granite work tops and under cupboard worktop lighting.

The ground floor lounge is a lovely open space, a Sony Multi-changer CD system that is iPod compatible, the lounge leads out onto the pool area and lower patio concourse through double patio doors.

The first floor of the villa features the master suite complete with sea view, dressing room, walk in wardrobe, en-suite and safe. This floor also has two other bedrooms, whilst the remaining two guests bedrooms are on the ground floor. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with soft pastel colours.

Rowlina, the villas housekeeper, is on duty 6 days a week to ensure your stay is as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. She will prepare your breakfast each morning from whatever you purchase; your lunch – set up on which ever dining deck you choose and will prepare your evening meal and leave it for you to pop in the oven when you are ready.

Housekeeping service included on Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out by 12:00PM
