Downtown Villa is a beautiful villa located in Puerto del Carmen and close to the shops, bars and restaurants. The villa has a timeless chic interior and modern art adorns the walls. The rooftop terrace is a popular place for guests to relax or enjoy a social gathering and features daybeds and a barbecue dining area, high tech playback systems including iPod docking stations and surround sound.
The four spacious bedrooms at the villa can accommodate up to ten guests. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a living area, satellite TV, iPod docking station and a plunge pool on the balcony.
Master Suite – Located on the third level and features King bed, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, balcony, bathtub and shower, CD player, ceiling fan, hairdryer, safe, telephone and TV.
Second Bedroom – Located on the third level and features King bed, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, balcony, CD player, hairdryer, safe,shower, telephone and TV.
Third Bedroom – Located on the second level and features 2 Queen beds and 1 twin bed, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, balcony, bathtub and shower, ceiling fan, hairdryer, safe, telephone and TV.
Fourth Bedroom – Located on the second level and can accommodate 4 guests on two full size beds. This bedroom has en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, balcony, CD player, ceiling fan, hairdryer, safe, telephone and TV. Please Note – This room has a twin bunk bed so suited for children.
The property has a fully-equipped kitchen, although why not let the private chef prepare breakfast, lunch or an afternoon snack. The chef is available 9am-5pm except on check-out days.
During the evening, why not throw a rooftop party on your outdoor terrace with panoramic ocean views, daybeds and a barbecue dining area. You can enjoy music from high tech playback systems including iPod docking stations and surround sound. Or you may want o venture out to nearby 12th street, where there is an abundance go night club.
Please note – During peak season, the noise volume from neighbouring clubs will be high.
