Villa Duga is spread on 2 levels. Two opposite sides of the ground floor have sliding glass doors, ensuring plenty of natural light. The open plan living area has direct access to the pool terrace on one side and Jacuzzi for 6 on the other. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a sitting area with comfy sofas and LCD TV with sound system.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances from leading manufacturers and it includes a built-in microwave oven, wine cooler and ice maker. On this level, there is also one bathroom and a storage room.
On the upper floor are four beautifully designed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and sea view balconies. All bedrooms have a TV and air-conditioning.
Outside is a swimming pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower and terrace area with BBQ.
During the summer months (01 Jun – 28 Sep), guests have use of a boat (fuel and skipper service not included)/
A nearby pebble beach is only 140 meters from Villa Duga or a small sandy beach is 600 meters away.
