Villa Ljubav is a lovely seafront stone villa located in a peaceful and secluded setting on the island of Brac. Traditional in design, Villa Ljubav offers four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The villa overlooks the bay of Puntinak in Sumartin and each terrace overlooks the stunning azure waters of the Adriatic Sea.

Villa Ljubav is nestled in gardens and offers a private location. The villa offers 250 square metres of living space and features four en-suite bedrooms, one extra toilet, outdoor infinity pool, summer kitchen, multiple terraces, Mediterranean garden and is a perfect holiday villa in Brac for 8+2 guests.

On the ground floor is an open-plan living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. The large glass windows allows in the natural light given a sense of space. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and TV. On this floor is also a guest powder room, laundry room and a master en-suite bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom has doors which lead directly out to the terrace.

Three bedrooms are located on the second floor of Villa Ljubav and each has ensuite bathroom. Guests of these bedrooms can enjoy the magnificent sea views from their private balcony. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with Satellite TV.

Next to the swimming pool is a BBQ and alfresco dining area as well as a summer kitchen – the perfect place to relax in the evenings and enjoy the panoramic views.
