Katharos Villas Santorini is a complex on the edge of Oia and consists of 6 detached villas and is nestled in 4800 square metres of gardens and common areas. Each Superior Villa offers 72 square metres of living space and features private whirlpool and terrace with sweeping ocean views. The villas have been designed in atraditional Cycladic style.

The villas can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in two separate areas / floors. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with pull out double bed and a bathroom. The lower level has a main bedroom with king size bed and a sitting area.

The villa is fully equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, safety box, satellite LCD TV, kettle with free tea/coffee, hair dryer, pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, luxury toiletries and free Wi-fi internet access.

If you choose to venture away from the complex, Katharos beach is 100 metres away but there are no sunbeds. The nearest main beach is 5km away.

Rates include the services of a housekeeper and concierge.

Rates are nightly.  Prices based on 2 sharing. 2 additional guests can be accommodated for a surcharge.
Non-refundable discounted rates available.

-Fully flexible rate is up two persons. Each extra guest requires an extra charge (Euro 80 or Euro 100) . Children up to 2 years old are free of charge.

Cooked Breakfast, served in the Villa requires an extra charge of 20€ per person
