You will feel like royalty staying in this immaculately maintained villa, which is run by a Villa manager and experienced staff. You will arrive at the villa via the impressive driveway which meanders past swaying palm trees and mature tropical gardens full of sweet-smelling flowers.  The entrance hall is grand and opens to a large living room on the left with various seating places, a grand piano and TV area. The formal dining area is to the right of the grand hallway, with a huge  table ideal accommodating up to 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining room has another dining area perfect for casual dining. The living area leads out onto the expansive terrace with breath-taking views. A couple of steps down from the terrace you will find the large swimming pool.

With central air-conditioning, high quality furnishings and marble floors, the main house consists of 5 elegantly furnished bedrooms, two of which have his and hers en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the upper level, whilst one is located on main level.

The sixth bedroom is located in the unique ‘Dome Cottage’ which features an impressive painted night sky on the curved ceiling above a grand bedroom. An ensuite bathroom featuring a rain shower, along with marble floors and walk in wardrobes make this room something very special. An additional two bedrooms that are ideal for teens or staff are located in the pool garden.

Bohemia Sandy Lane boasts an amazing 50 ft. “horizon” swimming pool. A day bed located poolside will invite you to take full advantage of the sweeping ocean views.

For fun, there are entertainment extras such as a pool table, piano, 67″ cable TV, DVD and stereo. Each bedroom also is equipped with a TV, DVD player, safe, mini fridge and hair dryer.
