Villa Dada is a true gem upon Lake Como’s dazzling coast. This four-storey villa sits in a privileged location high above the lake’s surface, with rolling lawns and picturesque parkland leading down to a private dock right at the water’s edge.

Inside, guest rooms and communal spaces are of impressive proportions, decorated in an elegant palatial style, and benefitting from furnishings of the highest quality. The stunning lake view living room is the perfect place to relax, while the spacious formal dining room ensures that meal times are a sophisticated experience. There is also a games room with a ping-pong table and foosball table that young and the young at heart are sure to enjoy, as well as a further gaming space upstairs complete with a pool table and card table for further enjoyment. Finishing off the interior space is a laundry room and a fully-equipped professional kitchen for gourmet meal times.

Outside, Dada is surrounded by verdant parkland, with rolling greens, grass terraces and stunning lake views. Children will love the playground with swings and a slide, and the fun ‘children’s wonderland’ area, while adults may prefer the tennis court and the impressive 10m x 6m outdoor swimming pool. There is also a convenient dining terrace for al fresco meals, plus the property boasts its very own dock at the lake’s edge for guests wishing to hire a boat.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. These include a king/twin bedroom with lake views, a terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub and shower, a king/twin bedroom with lake views, a terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, and lastly a king/twin bedroom with garden views and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower stall

Second Floor

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. These include a king/twin bedroom with lake views and an en-suite bathroom with shower stall and Jacuzzi tub and a king/twin bedroom with garden views and an en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower

Third Floor

On the third floor, there are a further three bedrooms. These include two king/twin bedrooms with lake views and en-suite bathrooms with shower, and a king/twin bedroom with garden views and an en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower Two extra beds can be added in this floor.

Please note that all the bedrooms feature a safe, air-conditioning, and a hairdryer in each bathroom.

There are also rooms that can be added on request for no additional charge. These include a king/twin free barrier bedroom with bathroom (shower on the ground floor of the main villa (the window of this bedroom opens onto the game room), and an annex separate from the villa with a king/twin bedroom with private bathroom
